About Corvid Snare

Jess Rose is an Asheville, North Carolina based multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the entanglement between natural and unseen worlds — auspices and omens, grief and mysticism, queerness and transformation.

Working primarily in fine ink lines and watercolor, they braid rich imagery inspired by naturalist illustrators of old, contemporary graphic novels, and their own surrealist symbolism.
